As a photographer and a make up artist we have been making things beautiful for some time now, honing our skills and more then anything learning how to translate this passion into our jewelry business. We would go as far as to say this is, kind of our jam. This go around we packed in two full on styled shoots, five models, three stylists, two hair and make up artists, two photographers and a whole lotta jewelry into one hot and humid afternoon. We can’t wait to show you the final result, for now… BTS SNEAK PEEK:
We are going to remain a bit more secretive over the last shoot of the day, because we can do whatever we want, but just to rub it in that you still can’t see it yet….
Huge thanks to our amazing team!

The alluring nature of dark smokey rhinestones can’t be resisted. We have been collecting intriguing pieces like this for years, making sure to keep a hefty handful for our personal collections… can you blame us? Have no fear, we did keep a few amazing bits for you. A few of these came to us perfectly aged and nicely smokey, others we gave a little attention to bring out their naughty side. Each one is poised and ready to become something new and entirely different.
Sometimes Sundays are the best days for a little creative action. In the PNW office we spent the afternoon highlighting prints from Artifact Uprising of photos from our recent Seattle shoot. Their luscious superfine timeless quality papers not only makes us super-geek out but they took the images to a whole new level. We managed to take a few snaps via iPhone between minutely tweaking and detailing jewelry for hours on end.
You can always follow us on Instagram for the up to date and super current play by play. Always helpful and always on hand, the lovely Kate Anderson of Kate&Design came over yesterday, made me breakfast and helped me set up scenes all day. * end shout out and thanks Kate *
In Minneapolis, Jen was so busy making people up and hair styling her little heart out she only had time for a few pics. We can’t wait for more!
We convened on a rainy Thursday in Seattle for an afternoon of shooting. A killer crew with one goal in mind, getting the shot! A lot of planning went into producing this cohesive look. From hair flips to lace overlays, urban foraging and mirrored reflections, the creative genius was flowing and we tried it all.
Jen and I have been in jewelry mode since the holidays, finalizing a collection of pieces for new year. It’s nice to get up to stretch your legs every so often, breath in some fresh air, and come back with a new perspective.
I was working on a new version of the Favor Necklace. It’s a little shorter and made using a nice brassy-gold textural chain. It never hurts to test run the merch so I took this baby on a little outing and I’m happy to admit she preformed like a champ.
The newest version of Favor and some more of her friends are making their way online very soon.
Let your imagination run free and you are able to create the most beautiful things.
We teamed up with a fantastic crew on Monday for a winter themed shoot. With a loose concept and a mix of talent and ideas we created a drama filled afternoon and more than a handful of beautiful photos. Can’t wait to see the end result from our photographer, Diana Albrecht.
